All of our transactions are based in US Dollars. If your credit card is based in another currency, your order total will be calculated in accordance with the daily exchange rate of the date your card issuer processes the transaction.

  • Can I change my shipping address after placing an order?

Please be advised that your shipping address cannot be revised after the order has been processed or shipped. Kindly update your shipping address to your residential address instead of your vacation address as we do not know how long the destination's customs department will have the package on hold.

  • Will my items be sent in one package?

Since we have a large assortment of products that are not stored in the same warehouse, it is possible that some products get shipped separately. Do not worry, it is quite normal that you receive a product a few days before the other.

  • How long does shipping take?

Shipping takes 1-3 weeks depending on location. Some distant areas can take a bit longer. But we will get to you.

  • Do you guarantee delivery time?

Because the post office handles your shipment, we cannot guarantee the exact time of delivery. However, we will give you an idea of when the package will arrive.

  • What if my order delivery was delayed?

We definitely will deliver your order in time under normal circumstances. While shipping delays may occur due to holidays/natural disasters/virus/war/clearance/customs delays. Please keep in mind holidays do not count as a business day and should be considered when calculating shipping times.

  • Are there any hidden charges to my order?

Basically, the final amount you will pay is just the price of the product plus shipping(if you choose a paid shipping). Sometimes, because of the exchange rate of currency, when the payment finally cleared through the bank, the total amount will be a little different to the price of the product, but it's only less than 0.5% of the total price.
